Conditions idéales ce matin en Andalousie. 16° dans l’air, 17° au sol sont en effet des températures propices à d’excellents chronos sur le circuit de Jerez. Toutefois les temps au tour restent légèrement inférieurs à ceux de l’année dernière dans des conditions un tout petit peu plus chaudes (1’47.088 par Efren Vazquez).
Au final, le local Jorge Navarro parvient à contenir les troupes de la VR46 Riders Academy, pour deux dixièmes.
On notera la belle entrée en matière de Fabio Quartararo et Jules Danilo, alors que, bien naturellement, les choses semblent beaucoup plus difficiles pour le wild card français Enzo Boulom.
